On Monday Apr 27 newcomer Paulina joined Gina, Ryan, Rod, Edie, Laurie and Larry (another great turnout of 7) for what very well could have been the best night of the year weather-wise. Sun, milder temperature, such a pleasant change…maybe spring is finally here! Oh, and we did run as well as admire the weather. We went down to Joe’s Trail and crossed North Rd. over to Hume Park, had a sip of water, then returned, taking care to keep to 10-and-1’s. The original Bud girls Laurie and Edie turned back at the end of Joe’s Trail instead of going to the park, but the important thing was they were getting a workout! Time out, about 52 minutes, distance, 8.5ish km. Did I mention how bright and mild it was?
