Five Cruisers met at the Centre Wednesday at 6.30 pm. Larry and Tracy, plus Chris, long-distance runner and friend of Tracy, now home from Australia, were the only ones planning for a run. The trio ran to Como Lake, and return, did two laps of the lake, time out 58 minutes, on a cool and showery evening. RA Edie, Rod and Bobtheolderchap convened at T. Horton’s for a strategy session to BS about the upcoming April Fool’s Half. Hot chocolate and decaf were the drinks of the evening.
Rod and Bob will meet at 6.00 am Sunday for carpooling. If any others need a ride to the 7.20 am ferry to Langdale, please join the duo. Edie, Laurie and Larry are planning to go Saturday, and Libby will be over even earlier for the weekend with family. Debra and husband Chris are overnighting in Gibsons.
