Seven Cruisers  met at the Burnaby North Secondary School  track Wednesday 6.30ish on a very warm evening.  Al and Lynn walked 5.2 and 5.6 km respectively, time 57 minutes for Lynn, a bit less for Al.  Runners Rod, Larry, Gina, Stormin’ Norman and Bobtoc did some speed work.  Rod did 28 laps, the others less since Rod arrived on the scene at 6.00 pm and got right to the task at hand.  Time for Rod, approx 1 1/2 hours; the others, less.  Edie and Adele met at Cameron Centre and enjoyed a 1.15 walk utilizing the Stoney Creek trail to Chapman Avenue in Coquitlam and return.
