Seven Cruisers:  Adele, RA Edie, Larry, Libby, Shiraz, Tracy and Bobtoc showed up for a structured run but eschewed that idea due to the +32C temperature.  The seven wisely decided to walk.  They  used the Stoney Creek trail to North Road, headed into the wooded area paralleling the west side of North Road, walked the rooty and rocky  route up to the Imperial Oil Ltd pumping station, headed west and north to use the much-improved path to the trail heading to SFU but continued north on the powerline trail, then retraced our steps, but did not descend on the trail in the wooded area; a fall going downward on that stuff would be a bit much.  Time out, 1.21.  Lots of water consumed, lots of laughter expended.

Lynn and Al ixnayed their walking due to the heat, but before they went home, were able to see the runners.

From Rod describing his Wednesday 6.30 am run:

Glad to hear that you guys decided to walk Wednesday evening. due to the hot temperature.   I thought of you about 6.45 pm running up the North Road hill. I was fortunate to be out at 6.30 a.m. and as said did North Road ten times. It was cool and I felt really good so I pushed it.
