December 30 – Happy New Year!
From René: No great adventures so far, but I do run 2-3 days a week and walk almost every day with Denise. Hope that everyone had a Merry Christmas and wishing for a better New Year.
Larry: Yes, it will be a better New Year!
From Jennel and Heather: We’re finally reporting a run! Heather & Jennel ran 15.37 km today 🙂 Jennel ran from her house to Heather’s home; then the two of them ran to Port Coquitlam Running Room location and back. We have been running over the last couple months, just no time to write a report. So we will be starting our Half Marathon Training for the BMO that we were unable to complete last year. Highly doubt the BMO will be on this year either, but maybe we’ll have the option of a virtual run again! Regardless, we’ll still train. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you all a Happy New Year!!!
Larry: Hoping everyone is staying safe and finding some ways to exercise. If you’ve had any adventures or found a way to keep active, let us know and we’ll inform the tribe.

December 25 – Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas and all the best for a Happy New Year to all the Cruisers!
Let’s hope 2021 sees the end of this dastardly pandemic, good health for all, and a return to walks, runs, getting together, and all other activities that we so dearly miss!
The Cruisers will resurrect in 2021. In the meantime, keep walking, cycling, running, and let us know if you have any interesting adventures to share.
Hope to see you all again soon!

In the meantime, here’s a picture of one of the last times we were able to get together for a walk/run
