Nine Cruisers: Alex, Carla, Eoin, Laura, Norman, Rene’, Sharon, Shiraz and Bobtoc ran west to the Secondary School from which eight formed a line with the last runner running to the front on a continuous basis. The drill continued to Underhill and return to the Secondary School from which the group returned to the Centre. Time 38 to 41 minutes. Eoin opted to run singly to Broadway and Underhill before returning. The nine got a bit of a workout. The weather was warm and humid, an improvement big time over what we have experienced for most of the spring so far. Bobtoc laboured big-time.

Wednesday: Rod, Sherian and Rene ran.

Saturday run, report courtesy of Minnesota Rachel:
Rick, Rod, Verna, Edie, Alex, Sharon and I met at Rocky Point. I ran just as far as the old church, and Rick continued on out to the refinery. Alex, Sharon and Verna went a bit past the old church up the hill and around, coming back down by the church and all returning via the trail by the water. Warm temps and beautiful clear sunshine. Time out was around 1:25 I think for most. Rod and Edie turned back at April Road, and were gone by the time the rest of us got back to the parking lot. Rachel.
