Four Cruisers: Tracy led Lora, RA Edie and Bobtoc on the reverse route to Forest Grove Drive via the pedestrian overpass, south on Underhill to Eastlake past the secondary school to Cameron Street, east to cross Bell Avenue to the Centre. Time, 52.55 minutes. The weather was great; not warm, but great for the run, and most of the run was in daylight. Yea!
Alex reports he is ill since Saturday evening with bronchitis. Get well soon, Alex.
Edie advises the stats I provided for the Harry’s Spring Run Off were gun time instead of chip time, so actual times were about a minute less than the times I provided.
Rachel Lindquist ran late Saturday morning but ran on her own from the Production Way Skytrain station to Eastlake, Underhill, Forest Grove Drive, the pedestrian overpass and return to the Centre.
From Ecuador:
Hi Bob, arrived here late last night after a long day. Calgary was minus 9. Have been out today to the Equator and taken pics of us standing with one foot on each side. Also had the “water down the plughole” demonstrated. Temp here a nice 16 degrees, but very humid
Hi to all the Cruisers.
Rod and Pat

Five Cruisers: Debra, Sayeeda, Shiraz, Larry and Bobtoc on a warm +12C sunny evening ran down to Joe’s Trail into pHume Park, up to the crest of Larry’s hill before returning. Time 1:10 with bobturns for the olderchap, distance 9l5 km. A great evening, lots of laughs.

Three Cruisers: Larry, Shiraz and Bobtoc met at Rocky Point Saturday am. Larry and Bobtoc opted to walk, Larry having a sore foot, and Shiraz opted to run. Larry and Bobtoc walked to the Orchard Park beach and back, time 1:15. Shiraz ran to the Ioco gates and back, time 1:17. The trio enjoyed a cold start, +2C,, which warmed up to +12C before the walk/runs were completed, and sunny with white clouds sky, snow on the mountain peaks to the north. Doesn’t get any better than this!
