Seven Cruisers ran from the Centre on a cold but bright evening Monday. Tracy led Carla, Rod, Sharon, Larry, Shiraz and Bobtoc on a favorite run of hers to Forest Grove Drive via the Gaglardi pedestrian overpass, round the horn then west on Forest Grove Drive, north on Underhill, west down Shellmont, south on Meadowood into the residential subdivision then onto Arden Drive, Broadway, Underhill, Eastlake and you know the rest. Time and distance, 1:04, 9km. Probably the best night of the year. Larry and Rod again wore shorts. Yikes.

I ran 2.5 laps for a LSD of 21.3K .Total time 2 hr 31 minutes.
