Wednesday, Feb. 3: Six Cruisers plus a new recruit turned out for a run on a cloudy and fairly mild evening. We ran along Beaverbrook, Eastlake, up Underhill, along Forest Grove, across the Gagliardi overpass and back to the Centre. We did one hill up Underhill, as we took it a bit easy! Hey, at least we were out there running. Larry, Shiraz, Sharon, Laurie, Edie, Flora, and her work colleague Rachel, who we welcomed to the group, did the running, and Tracy turned out to say hello but did not run. Distance, about 7 km, time, 57 min. Bobtoc was otherwise occupied, attending a Sun Run leaders training session.

Time, 1:18 to 1:23; distance 10.5 km. Larry and Susan Vedoy walked a similar route but on the way back used North Road and the sidewalk north of the shopping centre west of North Road then Erickson Drive, their time about 1:30.
