On Monday May 4, nine runners and walkers attended.  Adele and Carla did a walk along Beaverbrook and Eastlake, I think and were out for about an hour.  Good to see those who are injured try to get some exercise!  Larry, Edie, Ryan, Gina, Rod, Shiraz and a newcomer, Amber, did the Como Lake route which was adjusted slightly on the way as we kind of forgot which street to turn onto, but we made it along Smith Ave. anyway.  Gina, Larry and Ryan did two laps around the lake trail while the others did one.  Rod did one and a half.  We returned to Cameron via Foster  Ave. and the usual street we take back to North Road.  Time out 69 minutes, 7.5 km for the group, 9.5 for the three who did two laps at Como Lake.  We finished before the rain!  Ryan continued on to do another 10 km as he is building up to a marathon in late June in Seattle.  Best of luck to Ryan.
