On Wednesday Apr. 29 Rod, Joy, Libby, Ryan, Larry and Gina took the Stoney Creek trail to North Road and did the effin hills.  Ryan led the way with 5 trips up the hill, Larry did 4.5, Gina did 4, and Rod, Joy and Libby did 3.    All commented at various times how good an idea it was to do hills.  Really??   The run was quite pleasant actually as the sun was out, it was a little chilly but we warmed up soon after starting.  I could get used to running weather like that.  Total distance was about 9ish km due to the hillwork, and it took only 58 minutes in total.

Christina Saremba would like any and all Cruisers interested in attending the BMO Vancouver Marathon and Half Marathon (this coming Sunday folks) post-race lunch to contact her at  2sarembas@telus.net  for details of where and when the eats will be.  Don’t delay, call today.  You don’t need to run the event to go to the lunch – athletic supporters are welcome.  Best of luck to all the Vancouver Full and Half participants – especially those Cruisers entrants.

Bob and Marie arrived home this eve safe and sound.  Snow in Alberta but the roads were in good shape.
