Then on Wednesday morning Jennel and dogs walked around the block, then Jennel walked down the crunch to BMO in Port Moody – 9 km distance but felt like 40 km in the sun and heat!

There was no walk on Saturday due to the heavy rain, which was heavy around my place early in the morning, then tapered off. So unpredictable!

However, Flora and René got out on Saturday to do the Park Run at Mundy Park – 5 km in a time of 41m53 according to Flora’s stats.
