Thanks to Kevin for providing the writeup for Wednesday’s walk:
Kevin, Rod, Hazra, Glenn, Brenda, and Alex showed up. Alex and Kevin walked Erickson, Cameron, Eastlake Dog Park to Production Way. The others also walked to Production but did “Kevin & Alex” turns a number of times. It was a beautiful fall night with a very bright moonlight.
After walking back to the mall parking lot Alex gave us apples he had picked.
Go Blue Jays!
Have a safe Halloween everyone.

Saturday’s writeup was done by Edie. Thank you Edie.
Len, Miriam, Liane, Kevin and Edie met at the PM Rec Centre at 8:15 for our walk. We went through Noons Creek Hatchery but did not spot any fish. Liane, Miriam and Edie walked to April Road while Len and Kevin walked a ways past the beach. All of us made our way to Rocky Point Ice Cream via the new boardwalk and had ice cream before returning to our cars. Distance for three was about 10 km and less for the two. Rain started as we left the ice cream shop and was fairly light until we reached our cars – then it got heavy. We were lucky to have a nice walk along the trails with the beautiful autumn colours – a little chilly but dry. We returned to our cars just before 11.
Go Jays!
