July 2017 On Saturday morning, Canada Day, 13 Cruisers and friends met in Fort Langley to walk along the Fort to Fort trail.  Edie, Libby, Debra, Christina, John, Rachel, Flora, Susan, Larry, Alex, June, Anna and Darlene all enjoyed the beautiful weather, helped along by the trail being mostly shaded along the way, so conditions were perfect!  Lots of Canada red-and-white attire was seen everywhere.  The group all walked at least 12.4 km, with Libby, …

May 2017 Como Lake May 1st:  Monday evening saw Flora and Alex run along Stoney Creek trail, up North Road and into the Burnaby Mountain trails.  Also on Monday, Jennel ran 10.42 km very slowly down to Starbucks, then to Value Village, then hiked up the Coquitlam Crunch to home.
