May 2nd:  Eight Cruisers gathered at the Centre Saturday on a somewhat cloudy but no precip morning, temperature not quite +10C,  The eight: Alex, Edie, Rachel, Larry, Terri-Lee, Laura, Susan Vedoy and Bobtoc started their running and walk/runs by heading west.  They evolved enroute into four groups;  Alex to do 8.5 km return, time 1:05; RA Edie and Rachel to run to the Supervalu corner and return; distance 9:58, time 1:24; Susan and Boboc also …

March 1, 2015 Report from Terri-Lee who ran the Hot Chocolate in Seattle on March 1.  A 15km run with lots of sweets. Happy New Year, Cruisers! January 1st:  Edie and April walked the Resolution Run in Port Coquitlam – 5k in 50 minutes. Perfect weather for walking and beautiful scenery along the PoCo Trail. December 3rd: Rachel, Flora, Rod and Edie did the Forest Grove loop on Wednesday night.  Our time was 1:30 for 7+k.  We had to watch for ice but it wasn’t too bad and it was a lovely night.  We didn’t see any cougars of the human or 4 legged ilk so it was all good! November 3rd:  On Monday night, Rod reported that he braved the monsoon rain and swam up through Eastlake, Underhill, Forest Grove and back to Cameron.  Time out 57mins.  Distance 7.5 km. Days Gone By….. Dog days of summer! August 2nd: Alex, Larry, Laura, Rod and Bobtoc ran/walked Saturday at Rocky Point at 7:30 Saturday on a day that promised to be a sizzler. RA Edie and Nancy met the group before they set out for their run.  Edie looks great!
