Monday: Six runners ran from Cameron Centre to North Road via Winston and Joe’s Trail. This time we didn’t drown as there was no rain. Alex, April, Edie, Iris, Rod and Sherian ran 8k in 59 minutes. Monday: Seven Cruisers: Sayeeda, Rod, Larry,Flora, Sharon, Rachel and Bobtoc ran from the Centre the reverse Forest Grove Drive route, using the Gaglardi overpass, the Drive to Shellmont to Greystone, returning the usual route, caressed by gently falling precip all the way, a mild November evening. Norman qualifies for Boston! Woohoo! Four Cruisers ran the Vancouver Marathon or Half Marathon Sunday under ideal conditions; cool but sunny skies early on, with temperatures increasing as the morning wore on. Alex, Edie and Bobtoc welcomed back Laura and Owen Farrelly back to the Cruisers Monday morning at Burnaby Lake. Before the five plus Edie’s dog April ran they met and talked to Bushtits Mike, Ernie and his son, Tony, Dom and wife Kenda. The Bushtits started their run onto the north lake trail while the Cruisers turned south into the trails, ran past the bird sanctuary, 20 minutes out then reversed dir ection back to …

Monday: Carla, Debra, Larry, Rod and Sharon, Edie with canine April and Bobtoc met at the Centre this evening 6:30. The first five ran to IGA with the exception of Sharon who ran only to Underhill and Broadway then met up with Edie and Bobtoc who walked to Eastlake and Underhill before returning.
