Monday’s run/walks: Rod reports eleve n runners/walkers met at the Centre Monday evening. Tracy, Adele and Larry walked but Rod did not know their route. Five Cruisers met Saturday at the Centre on a COLD, COLD morning at 8:00, so cold that Rod did not wear shorts. The five used the route down to Government Street leading to Winston. Monday: It was a perfect night for running – 6 degrees, clear with a refreshing wind. Seven Cruisers met Monday 9:00 am at the Centre on a frigid -2C but clear morning. Tracy, Adele and Larry walked the Beaverbrook, Stoney Creek trail to North Road to the trail to SFU as far as the foot of Cardiac Hill before retracing steps back to the Centre; time 1:40.
