Monday: We dreamt of Maui while we ran in the rain tonight. It poured all day so we were lucky the rain had let up to showers by run time. Alex, Sherian, Rene, Edie and April ran Forest Grove Loop in about 54 minutes. Monday: It was a perfect night for running – 6 degrees, clear with a refreshing wind. Seven Cruisers met Monday 9:00 am at the Centre on a frigid -2C but clear morning. Tracy, Adele and Larry walked the Beaverbrook, Stoney Creek trail to North Road to the trail to SFU as far as the foot of Cardiac Hill before retracing steps back to the Centre; time 1:40.
