Monday: Nine Cruisers turned out Monday on a cool evening. All turned east toward Como Lake. Larry, the sole walker, went east as far as Blue Mountain Road, returning via Foster Ave. the remainder, Tracy, Ryan, Rene, Rod, Sharon, Alex, Edie and Bobtoc continued to Como Lake, the last two not completing the loop around the lake before the return leg. Saturday: Three Cruisers met at 7:30 am , Cameron Centre, for a run. Rick needed a 15 mile run. Rene, Alex, Sayeeda, Sharon, Edie, Carla and Rachel ran to Winston through the trail, crossed Brighton and ran down Government to Seaforth School, cut through the school and ran through the neighbourhood to the trails, did a loop of the trails and then returned the same way. Monday: Sharon and RA Edie ran the usual route to Pinehurst and Arden, and then back to Cameron. Pinehurst is the street before BurnwoodPhillips. Time out, approx. 1 hour 1 minute for 8.5k.
