Sharon walked at Deer Lake on Wednesday – What a beautiful place we live in! Monday: Edie, Laurie and their four legged friends Bella, April and Sadie walked the Forest Grove route. Burnaby Lake taken by Sharon on January 16th – Sunshine at last! Nine runners and walkers met at the Centre Monday at 6:30 pm. Walkers Adele, RA Edie and Tracy walked west, time 1.10. Walkers and runners welcomed back Chris Morley, absent for over two years, back to the fold. Nine runners and walkers met at Cameron Centre Monday evening. Walkers were RA Edie and Adele together with Edie’s dogs Bella and April. Runners were Alex, Lora and her friend Emmy Verkade who was welcomed into the group, Rod, Sharon, Tish and Bobtoc. The nine ventured west, the runners to the IGA corner and return, time out 1:07. Walkers Lynn and Al and runners Alex, Osama, Rene, Sayeeda, Val and Bobtoc met at the Centre 6:30 for a frigid walk or run. The eight proceeded west, the destination of the runners being the IGA corner and return with Val joining Lynn and Al at Broadway and Underhill. Six Cruisers met Monday on a balmy, no precip evening. Al and Lynn brought their two friendly dogs for their walk, after the runners, particularly RA Edie, gave the dogs lots of pats.
