Monday: Ten walkers and runners walked or ran toward Como Lake Wednesday evening. Al and Lynn walked one hour and covered 5.5 km. (how do they do it?) Tish stops to admire the view in beautiful Stanley Park on our Saturday run. This beats the Burnaby Lake parking lot, eh? We can’t get any luckier than this with places to run!
