Monday evening: Norman, Rod and Bobtoc met at the Centre, deliberated what to do since the sidewalks and roads in the area were snowy, so took a walk to North Road to strategize over hot chocolate. Nine Cruisers attended a very informative talk by Dr. Mason Shore Monday evening at the Centre. His talk was run specific, identifying several injuries common to runners, causes, and relief, often being a correction of a malady affected by a deficiency in some other part of the muscular-skeletal system.
