On Saturday morning Liane, René and Larry met at Rocky Point and walked along the boardwalk and trails to the Port Moody Rec Centre, then walked back to the pier and enjoyed the fabulous view and weather. It was not crowded at that time of day, less than we’ve seen lately, and we enjoyed our ice cream after.

On Wednesday evening Edie, Brigitte, and Judith walked the Stoney Creek Trail in 1h15. We were a little concerned about mosquitoes since it was a bit muggy so the walk back was faster. Not too many on the trail tonight.
Thanks to Edie and Brigitte for their reports!

Meanwhile, Flora did a 5 km Parkrun – in Berlin, Germany! with her friend Pam. Nice trails, coolish morning, did two hills and got slightly lost but got back okay, just added run time.
