On Saturday morning Kevin ,Liane, and Edie met at the former Horizons parking lot on Burnaby mountain and walked the trail to SFU, then along the main street and surrounding residential streets, then back. Great weather and some scenic surroundings. Distance was 7 km.
Meanwhile Flora ran the Park Run at Mundy Park, 5 km in 44:09, a hilly route. Thanks to Edie and Flora for their reports!
From Jennel: Jennel is training to do the Fort Langley Half Marathon on July 5 (I think she is signed up for it) and invites any interested Cruisers to join her.
